Most of the Threshold amps use a transformer both compatible with 110V and 220V, and are 50Hz/60Hz compatible, at least for the SA series.
I do not know for the S200, but the probability is high that it is the same.
To convert it from 110V to 220V, you just have to identify the two primaries of the transformer, and to link them together (they should be connected in serie).
It is a very simple operation.
