Hi Mauricio,
Welcome on Threshold-Lovers.com !
I recommend you to post your question in ENGLISH, because most of us do not understand your mother tongue...
I agree: your photos strangely do not show any BLACK Flag capacitors on the F-2841 solder side !...
Do you know if your amplifier has been previously "serviced" or modified by somebody ??
As explained in the Threshold-Lovers article, the replacement of ALL the Black Flag capacitors is critical: I have no way to know if a AU-919 version without these Black Flag caps on the solder side exist or not ?
The worst case is if your amp has been previously modified by another person, who just removed the caps without knowing their importance : do you have a way to investigate ?
Anyway, you must change ALL the Black Flag capacitors currently present on your Sansui AU-919. I have sold my Sansui AU-919 so I cannot have a look inside anymore...
Please reply to this mail by telling me if your amp has been previously modified by somebody !
Dear Teddy, thanks for your reply.
This amp has not been tampered with and it even has all the other black flags and I started replacing them with the component guide posted by you. There are probably some versions with more or less components that were released.
The key question is:
¿will it be convenient to put the missing capacitors recommended by you or only replace the existing black flags?
Attached photo with replaced components?
You are very well and we are in contact.
Best regards,
Mauricio
Hi Mauricio,
Sorry but I has not seen your question until now !
will it be convenient to put the missing capacitors recommended by you or only replace the existing black flags?
You MUST change all the Blackflag but it is also recommended to replace all the electrolytic capacitors, because of the age: they are very old and they need to be replaced.
Do not hesitate to ask if you need more info,
